El Acto Administrativo de Adjudicación núm. DIE-ADJ-007-2026, de fecha 2026-07-09, aprueba los resultados del sorteo de obras DIE-CCC-SO-2026-0004 y adjudica sus 36 lotes a los ganadores consignados, por los montos individualizados en el acta. El proceso, dirigido exclusivamente a MIPYMES, cuenta con apropiación certificada por RD$294,377,060.40; el Comité también ordena notificar los resultados y publicar el acto.
