Artículo 143.- Reglas particulares para el sorteo de obras. Luego de agotada la fase correspondiente a la evaluación de las ofertas técnicas, se aplican las siguientes reglas particulares para el procedimiento de sorteo de obras: 1. Artículo 125.- Adjudicación del contrato. La adjudicación deberá hacerse en favor del oferente calificado cuya propuesta cumpla con los requisitos establecidos en el pliego de condiciones y sea considerada como la más conveniente, de conformidad con los criterios de adjudicación aplicados.
