MILITARY GOVERNMENT OF SANTO DOMINGO. Executive Order No. 656. Apropriation for the Dominican Central Railroad. O. G. No. 3242. By virtue of the powers vested in the Military Government of Santo Domingo, the following Executive Order is hereby promulgated: 1. From any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated the sum of ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSANDS DOLLARS ($185,000) is hereby set aside for the liquidation of outstanding obligations of the Dominican Central Railroad. 2. The General Manager of the Dominican Central Railroad shall certify such accounts as are to be paid from this appropriation and, when approved by the officer in charge of the affairs of the Secretaría de Estado de Fomento y Comunicaciones, the National Treasurer shall order the payment thereof.
