Decreto Nº 38, que reestructura el Servicio Exterior de la República, en afianzamiento del régimen de austeridad. (G. O. Nº 8997, del 16 de Julio de 1966) JOAQUIN BALAGUER Presidente de la República Dominicana CONSIDERANDO: que la reestructuración del Servicio Exterior se impone no sólo para introducir en él las economías que se hacen necesarias para el afianzamiento del régimen de austeridad que se ha impuesto el Gobierno, sino también para orientar dicho Servicio en el sentido de dar mayor cabida al desarrollo del intercambio comercial de nuestro país con el exterior; CONSIDERANDO: que el mantenimiento del Servicio Exterior, en la forma en que ha venido funcionando, da lugar a una fuerte salida de divisas, incompatible con la situación por la cual atraviesa actualmente el país; VISTO el artículo 9 de la Ley Permanente del Presupuesto Nº 1363, de fecha 30 de julio de 1937, modificado por la Ley Nº 69 del 29 de noviembre de 1963; VISTO el artículo 55 del Acto Institucional, dicto el siguiente DECRETO: NUMERO 38 Art. 1ro.—El Servicio Exterior de la República quedará compuesto de la siguiente manera: Sueldo Gastos Repres.
